Despite their different roles in the Port Mafia, Dazai, Oda, and Ango used to meet at the Lupin Bar to unwind. One day, Ango vanishes, leaving only a photo behind. In the present, Dazai has joined the Armed Detective Agency. As a new threat—the American Guild—emerges, the Agency must now face off against both the Guild and the Port Mafia.
