Senshadou, a traditional sport involving World War II-era tanks in elimination matches, is practiced widely by women and girls and promoted as an art form aimed at enhancing cultural refinement and elegance. As its popularity grows worldwide, a world championship is set to take place in Japan. Miho Nishizumi, born into a family renowned for their senshadou expertise, distances herself from the sport due to a traumatic incident that led to her retirement and strained her relationship with her family. Hoping to escape the sport, Miho transfers to Ooarai Girls High School, where the senshadou program has been discontinued. However, when the school reinstates the program to compete in the championship, Miho is persuaded to join. With the support of her newfound friends, she must confront her past, lead her team to victory to save their school from closure, and prove that the Nishizumi style of senshadou values more than just winning.
